In my early 20s, I didn’t really look into it properly, and because I felt it would be a hassle to go back and forth to Seoul, I just got rhinoplasty locally. But as time passed, I liked my nose less and less ㅠㅠ Does having differently sized nostrils also count as contracture? Anyway, the size of my nostrils has changed too,, It’s been almost about 10 years since the surgery, and I’ve kept being stressed because of my nose, so this time I’m thinking of just getting revision rhinoplasty,,,, ㅠㅠ I heard revision rhinoplasty is often done with autologous costal cartilage? rib cartilage? But if they use rib cartilage, they remove cartilage from the rib area, so I saw a lot of posts saying it hurts a lot... Is revision surgery necessarily only possible with rib cartilage? Can’t it be done with silicone like the first surgery..?? And this time I’m planning to go to Seoul for surgery. Besides ㅇㅇㄷ, ㅇㅈ, ㅈㅇㅈ, ㄷㅇㅇ, are there any other places good at revision rhinoplasty that you’d recommend? I haven’t gone for consultations yet, and since I’m from out of town, I think it’ll be hard to go to each consultation one by one, so I’m going to do some online research first, choose about two places, and then go for consultations ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
