I’m on day 5 after surgery right now, and the root of my columella is set farther inside than both sides of my nasal alae So it looks a bit like a pig nose... the columella is tucked inside my nose. Does the columella come down once the swelling goes down..? How was everyone’s columella on day 5? I’m curious
