Last year I had lower blepharoplasty in Gangnam, but only under one eye started bulging out. After waiting almost 8 months, I had revision surgery, but I think it failed. This time it bulges out even more than the first time, and the under-eye incision line was placed much lower than the other side. What on earth is wrong with this doctor?
