My line is too high, so I’m trying to lower it with double-line lowering. At other hospitals, they usually said that to prevent a crease from forming along the existing line, I should do fat grafting. But since all the fat was removed during my previous surgery and there isn’t any left, they said they would take fat from my thigh or abdomen and put it into my eyes.
But ㅇㅁㄹ didn’t explain that separately, so when I asked, they said I could do it if I wanted. But they made it sound like it was too much work compared to the fee, like they couldn’t be bothered. In the end, it seems like it’s my choice. So I asked if doing it would lower the chance of a double crease forming, and they were like, “Well, yes,” so I’m really torn about deciding. On one hand, it’s nice that I don’t have to do it, but on the other hand, it feels like they’re saying if a double crease forms, I can just have surgery again then.
I don’t have fat right now, so fat repositioning isn’t possible either ㅠ They’d have to take it from my body. If I don’t do that and just get double-line lowering, will I avoid getting a double crease? ㅠㅠ Some people still get it even after doing everything ㅠ I’m worried.
