I regretted so, so much choosing that place just because it was a little cheaper. They spoke so confidently too... sigh. I was worried because the arm procedure was a revision surgery, but the head director, Manager Jang Kyung-eun, the operating room staff, and the aftercare(?) staff were all truly kind. Thank you so much ㅠㅠ The manager was really gentle like an older sister and only told me what I needed to know, which I really liked. To the operating room staff, I think my hands were cold because I was so nervous, and while I was lying on the operating table, they held my hand tightly, which moved me so much ㅜㅜ The operating room was cold, but they also covered my feet and head area with warm towels, and that was really nice. Among all the operating room staff I’ve experienced so far, they were the kindest and most touching ㅠㅠ The staff who took care of me afterward were also so kind even though my surgery finished late and I stayed in the recovery room for a long time ㅜㅜㅜㅜ
