I found out through YouTube about a plastic surgery clinic near Sinsa Station, and one of the directors seemed skilled, so I went for a consultation. Had a CT scan, no consultation fee. There was a bit of a wait, and I talked a lot with the consultant. They recommended it as if I needed functional rhinoplasty, which I hadn't even been considering. They probably did it to raise the price (when I went to another clinic, they said it wasn't severe enough to need functional rhinoplasty). After consulting with the consultant, I waited again.. After a bit, the director came, and the consultation was quick. When I explained the method used in my previous rhinoplasty, he cut me off midway, saying there was no need to explainㅋㅋ It would be my third rhinoplasty revision, but he talked as if I absolutely had to use autologous costal cartilage (saying it doesn't hurt at all and there would be no problem returning to daily life right away), so I almost got swayed. But I was scared, so I just left for now. (When I looked up autologous costal cartilage reviews, they said it hurts for 2-3 days to the point that even getting up is hard..) Later I found out there are rumors that it's like a factory. Since they do so many surgeries, it does seem like they are skilled at surgery, but I didn't get the feeling that they would pay a lot of attention to me.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
