Before <front view before surgery> After <front view after surgery> Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> Before <side view before surgery> After <side view after surgery> I had always had a complex about my nose and wanted surgery, but I kept putting it off and thought, when am I ever going to do it.. So from the end of last year to early this year, I worked hard going around for consultations and finally got my nose surgery haha
I had surgery with 4 mm silicone for the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nasal tip + bulbous nose correction. I told them I wanted a refined, straight-with-a-slight-curve line that would not look too obviously operated on but would clearly correct the front view, and both from the front and side, it was done slimly with zero bulbous-nose feeling, so I am so, so satisfiedㅠㅠ
They said that if there is not much bleeding after surgery, they do not necessarily pack the nose with cotton, and maybe because I did not bleed much, I spent the recovery period without cotton packing. I think this was also a really big advantage. I recovered more comfortably than other people, and maybe because of that, I was able to recover and return to daily life fairly quickly!
I hate pumpkin, so.. I did not separately drink pumpkin juice. Instead, I walked for over an hour every afternoon and evening, and I also consistently did warm/cold compresses several times. Walking really had a huge effect! The swelling went down and I lost weight too, killing two birds with one stone lol I absolutely could not sleep sitting up, so I stacked about 3 pillows and tried to sleep as straight as possible. Until week 2, I slept with the pillows high, but my neck wrinkles.. were getting deeper, so now I am only using one pillow
Until the first week, time passed so slowly and I was dying to get the splint off, but after taking the splint off, time really flew by. I cannot believe it is already week 3,, Until week 2, it felt very hard and slightly painful when I touched it, and my nostrils were also unnatural, shaped like the number 11, with quite a lot of swelling! By week 3, the swelling had definitely gone down a lot, it looked more natural, the hardness when touched was less, and the parts that bothered me were muuuch less noticeable
Maybe because the nose is in the center of the face, I only had my nose done, but my face looks more three-dimensional and my overall vibe changed a lot Before surgery, my parents were really worried that if I got my nose done my face would look unnatural, but these days they are the happiest, saying I got prettier lololol People around me also say it turned out well and that my face looks slimmer, so I am spending satisfying days
Before surgery, I hardly took photos because of my nose, and when I did, I was busy photoshopping my nose. These days, I even like photos taken with the basic camera.. lol The best part is that I do not need to do nose contour shading..! No matter how dark I made the nose shading, there was a limit, and I used to spend a lot of time doing shading, but now I am happiest that I have a high, defined nose without doing that!!!!
