First of all, it’s been two months since my surgery, and since it was my first surgery, I was really worried a lot about swelling, but it definitely goes down quickly as time passes haha
At first, because of the swelling, people could still tell I had double eyelid surgery, but now they really can’t tell haha It’s fascinating!!
And the reason I recommend a clinic with one director is that I went around for consultations at large clinics, private clinics, and clinics with one director, and at large hospitals, even contacting the director I wanted was a bit difficult. And directors who recommend canthoplasty really seem to tell everyone to get canthoplasty... All the other hospitals said I didn’t need canthoplasty, but only one hospital said I needed it lol
When I looked at before-and-after photos, large clinics, and of course some non-large ones too, had such a strong factory-like feel. The eyes all felt too similar..? At most places with one director, since one doctor handles various cases, when I looked at the before-and-after photos, the eye shapes were really diverse. During the consultation too, they didn’t just look at my eyes, but looked carefully at the overall face and the harmony? Most one-director clinics were like that haha I think the hospital gets decided based on plus factors from the things I’ve mentioned so far haha In my case, the director took such good care of each patient individually, so that became a plus factor!
If anyone is looking into eye surgery, I hope my post helps!
