I had surgery 10 years ago and lived with it, but then I developed contracture, so 2 years ago I had revision rhinoplasty with a silicone nasal bridge and autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip. These days I have pain and feel like contracture is coming back, so I’m so depressed ㅜㅜ I’m thinking of removing the silicone and using autologous rib cartilage for the nasal bridge. Please recommend hospitals ㅜㅜ I’m looking into hospitals thinking this will really be the last time, but it’s difficult ㅜㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
