I had surgery 10 years ago and lived with it, but then I developed contracture, so 2 years ago I had revision rhinoplasty with a silicone nasal bridge and autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip. These days I have pain and feel like contracture is coming back, so I’m so depressed I’m thinking of removing the silicone and using autologous rib cartilage for the nasal bridge. Please recommend hospitals I’m looking into hospitals thinking this will really be the last time, but it’s difficult
