Six years ago, for my first surgery, I used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but it has become way too Pinocchio-like. I am really deliberating over whether to remove everything or lower it. My original nose was a bulbous nose, so I do not want to go back to my original nose. It would be great if it could end up somewhere between my surgical nose and my original nose T_T. I also want to just remove everything and live with a soft nose now, but what if it turns out worse than my original nose?
