I had double-eyelid surgery three years ago, and it turned out naturally! The photos are, in order: before surgery (with double-eyelid tape), one year later, and three years later. I think there was swelling until the one-year mark lol. I had the buried-suture method, so the crease is not noticeable even with my eyes closed and looks natural. I told the doctor that I liked a crease that becomes larger toward the outer corner. I also wanted inner and outer canthoplasty, but I liked that they told me it would not suit my eyes. They said upper canthoplasty might be okay, but I just did not do it. Satisfied~ Also, the clinic was large and clean, which was nice.
