Because this was a revision surgery, I worried that the swelling would be severe, but I was surprised that there was less than expected lol. I had no intention of having open surgery, so I underwent closed, implant-free rhinoplasty with donor rib cartilage and bulbous-nose correction~ It has now been about six months, and I am very satisfied because my nasal tip has become slimmer and higher, just as I wanted before surgery haha. The discomfort and foreign-body sensation have disappeared, and my sensation has returned to the point that I even forget I had surgery, so I am living very happily with the result~
