Doctors have differing levels of experience, and the treatment effects seem to vary somewhat as well. It also seems a little more expensive than large, high-volume clinics. I received 200 units of trapezius Botox. The doctor palpated the muscles and independently decided where additional injections were needed. There is some design involved, but it does not seem extremely detailed. Still, I have been told that the Botox has taken effect in my wrists and the lines have become visible, so I am satisfied.
