While looking into breast surgery, I deliberated for a long time because there were more implant types than I expected, but I ultimately chose Mentor Xtra. During the consultation, we chose the size after looking at my body type and original breast condition; I felt it would be better to match the overall proportions rather than make them unconditionally large. At first after surgery there was a pulling sensation and I was cautious, but after a few days I adapted sooner than expected. Humans really are creatures of adaptation. They have not settled completely yet.
