I was worried after seeing reviews saying the doctor looked tired and was not kind, but they answered my questions well and it was okay. However, unless I kept asking questions, they did not explain things in detail. I heard they analyze with AI, but it was basically just taking photos and checking eye length. Still, they adjusted the eyelid crease several times and clearly explained how it would change from my current crease, which was good. Surgical scheduling was also available with plenty of flexibility.
