I live in the United States, so I arrived Friday evening, met the doctor Saturday morning, and had surgery that same day. Before arriving, I had decided on Motiva Preserve. I was told the surgery would use a balloon and an endoscope. I chose it because it offered fast recovery and minimized the incision area, with no downside other than cost. Friends picked me up on the day of surgery. Aside from feeling slightly groggy from sedation, the pain was tolerable. It felt heavy and compressed, but I was surprised that it went more smoothly than expected; I even ate lunch, shopped, and had dinner with my friends. In reviews, everyone seemed to wear an upper breast band and compression bra after surgery, but perhaps because I had Motiva Preserve, Dr. Kim Min-young said I did not need them, so I used nipple patches or a sports bra. It was very comfortable. At first there was swelling, tightness, a compressed feeling in my breasts, and tingling pains, but it improved day by day. On day seven, I had the stitches removed and finally showered, which felt refreshing. I wanted a natural result and was recommended 300 cc, but the doctor said that 320 cc was used during surgery. I am somewhat tall and have a larger build. The 320 cc the doctor chose feels well suited to my body proportions, and I am satisfied with the size, shape, and cleavage. I think the doctor's aesthetic sense is truly excellent. My surgery was on Saturday and the following Sunday was a holiday. The doctor said I could ask anything at any time, but I thought they should rest on a holiday, so I did not contact them. Yet the doctor contacted me first on Sunday to check whether I had any discomfort and assess my condition. I was deeply impressed by how sincerely they care about patients and the clinic.
