First, you need to go expecting that there will be many people, since it is not a one-doctor clinic. There were foreigners too. Still, there was no wait, and I had my consultation as soon as the doctor finished surgery. I thought they would recommend this and that, but there was no sales pressure... I was actually the one mentioning that I wanted to do various things. They said the doctor charges more as a key doctor, but from what I saw, the price was similar to other famous clinics. I found out they were an EGTicon key doctor. Compared with the next place I visited, where they examined me extremely thoroughly, they did not inspect every detail from every angle, but they answered my questions well. Still, be sure to make a list of questions before you go.
