As expected, I am glad I visited instead of trusting only YouTube. - The person taking registrations at the consultation desk wore very casual clothes and wrote down my surgical history on the chart extremely slowly, as if copying it out. It did not look professional, so my trust started out lower. - While waiting, the clinic overall felt disorderly, including the interior. - I had seen many negative reviews in this community before consulting with the doctor, so I wondered whether the doctor was kinder than expected, but... - When adjusting the height while handing me a hand mirror, the doctor pulled my wrist hard, which startled me greatly. (I thought they were catching me for stealing the mirror.) - It felt intimidating in that moment, and I wondered how delicately my face would be handled in surgery with that kind of attitude. - They do not seem to push surgery excessively; they seem rather conservative. - The subsequent consultation with the consultant was average, but among the consultants I met while touring clinics, this person seemed the most intimidated.
