Because I had a bulbous nose with a slight hump too, I only went to consultations at places said to be good at rhinoplasty. I made an appointment and went; the wait was not very long, and the front-desk staff guided me kindly so I waited comfortably. The consultation went in the order of consultant > surgeon > consultant, and both made the atmosphere comfortable and were extremely kind! I have some nasal bridge height, so they said an attractive line could be achieved sufficiently even without an implant. I also liked that they drew diagrams to explain what columella and nasolabial angle would be harmonious for my nose. I asked so many questions, but they answered every one of them... haha. If you are unsure how to choose the materials and line, it may be good to go for a consultation.
