These are unedited, close-up face photos, so they are a bit gross—sorry;; I have deep-set eyes and heavy upper eyelids, so I was worried, but thankfully the swelling went down faster than I expected T_T. I have blue bruising under my eyes, so it will probably take a while to fade.
It is a little bittersweet that the very open look at the inner corners from the early postoperative period is gone T_T. This was my first surgery. I wanted an in-out crease, and both the lacrimal caruncle and double-eyelid crease were heavily covered at the inner corners, so I really wanted epicanthoplasty.
Today is day 7, so I am going to have the stitches removed. I will write about my progress afterward too!
