Eye Surgery Reviews

Two months after double-eyelid surgery plus lower canthoplasty with [Doctor A] at [Clinic A]; I am finally done with eyelid revisions

I previously had buried-suture double-eyelid surgery, but after more than 12 years the crease gradually became thinner, and my asymmetrical eyes were stressful, so I started looking into eye surgery again T_T I researched much more carefully than I did for my first surgery. During the consultation, they explained in detail what I wanted and the possible differences in the resulting crease. They said lateral canthoplasty would be difficult because there was not enough space while increasing the crease, so I had lower canthoplasty instead. The doctor worked quickly, so I had almost no bruising or swelling. Looking back, I wonder what I would have done if I had not gotten it. After about one month, people around me noticed my eyes looked different, but it was not obvious unless I specifically said I had surgery. At two months, most of the swelling was gone, so it looked much more natural than at first. What I like most is that the double-eyelid crease was set at a height that is not too high. The lower canthoplasty only made my eye shape slightly more open, so I am glad I did them together. Since this was a buried natural-adhesion revision, I worried much more than with my first double-eyelid surgery, but overall I am satisfied by my standards, since I wanted refined yet naturally beautiful eye surgery. The line may still be settling, so I plan to watch it a little longer. So far, what satisfies me most is that my eyes do not look overly operated on, whether I wear makeup or am bare-faced haha
