I had incisional double-eyelid surgery seven years ago, but the thin crease and pinching at the inner canthus were so stressful that I went ahead with revision surgery!! I usually do not swell much, and perhaps because the revision took only about 40 minutes, I had almost no bruising or swelling this time. It began settling in immediately after the stitches were removed, and by around one month it had settled into a completely natural look. Since it is a one-doctor clinic, the consultation was thorough and kind, which I liked. The procedure was also done under local anesthesia, and the doctor kept asking me to open my eyes during it and checked everything very carefully!
