I had always been really unhappy with my side profile, so I finally took the plunge this time. It was my first rhinoplasty. I also had a slight dorsal hump, so I refined that too and used donated rib cartilage, layered in two pieces. I asked them to preserve both the nasolabial angle and columella! As soon as I told the doctor the style I wanted, they understood right away, so I went ahead without hesitation. I am truly satisfied and happy T_T
