My crease gradually became thinner, so I had revision surgery! At first I was going to just live with it, but as the crease got thinner, I kept noticing that my eyes overall looked dull and constricted. Since it was revision surgery, I researched more carefully than for my first surgery and had consultations at several places haha. Among them, Dress Plastic Surgery seemed to suit both the eye shape I wanted and my eyes best, so I decided to have it done there. I had a natural-adhesion double-eyelid revision and a non-incisional ptosis-correction revision together. The outer corners of my eyes also looked a little constricted, so I had revision lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty as well! In the early period after surgery, there was swelling, and perhaps because it was a revision, I worried a lot for no reason, but it gradually settled naturally over time haha. It is now almost settled, and compared with before, my eyes definitely look more defined and my overall impression seems more open and refreshing. I like that the double-eyelid crease does not feel overly high, yet looks distinct when I open my eyes! Perhaps because I had lateral and lower canthoplasty together, my eyes look less constricted than before, and overall my eye shape feels more open haha. Because it was revision surgery, I deliberated much more than the first time, but seeing how it has settled so far, I think I made the right choice to do it again haha. In particular, the crease shows better than before when I wear makeup, so eye makeup has become more convenient lately~
