Four months ago, I had an 8 mm chin advancement. The change in my impression is dramatic, and I look more masculine. The aftercare is decent too. There is a very slight hollowing of the mandibular body volume, but it is not something that bothers me much. The direction the doctor seems to pursue is a style with a somewhat projected chin, and personally, I feel that looks more masculine, so I had it done here. The doctor also had advancement surgery himself, and overall this seems like a clinic with high reliability.
