They say it is extremely difficult to make a small nose into a bigger one. Honestly, I was not even hoping for such a big nose. I just wanted to escape being called Voldemort or an electrical outlet when I was young, lol... T_T. I wanted it to look as natural as possible, so I did not do too much: costal cartilage for the nasal tip, alar reduction, short-nose correction, and nasolabial angle correction. The clinic did not really recommend it much either. But not having bulbous-nose correction done does feel a bit like, huh??? ... Yeah. I had thought all along that I had a bulbous nose, but maybe I just had large nostrils. Anyway, they said the doctor's style was natural, so I went ahead with it, and I think it turned out as intended. The front view looks really good. It might have been okay if the nasal tip had been a bit more glamorous...? But I like this too, lol. I am so indecisive... I am grateful that my small nose became this much better, but I guess wanting more is unavoidable...
