I underwent cheekbone reduction, and it was reduced as much as I wanted. However, because my skin is somewhat thin and there was a substantial reduction, changes in the appearance of the skin tissue are visible. By my own standards, my face has become much more streamlined, and while this surgery clearly has pros and cons, I am satisfied. As for lifting and such, I feel those are things I will need to manage for the rest of my life. Like all surgeries, it has pros and cons, so I think everyone should proceed only after considering it carefully and with some healthy skepticism!
