My medial canthoplasty turned out far too pointed, so I am considering reversal surgery because I want to make it suit my eyes with a more rounded feel T_TT. I did not know much at the time and had my double-eyelid line made too high too, resulting in glamorous eyes that do not suit my image at all... I went for a consultation for lowering the line + medial canthoplasty reversal. The lacrimal caruncle is not excessively exposed, but they agreed that it became too pointed in a way that does not suit me. They said it would be possible to make it natural while retaining a slight epicanthal fold, and that lowering the line would be much better for my facial impression. I asked a great many questions, and it felt like they would match the direction I wanted as closely as possible, so I felt comfortable during the consultation.
