40 days after implant-free rhinoplasty using septal and ear cartilage

It has been about 40 days since my rhinoplasty using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I absolutely, absolutely wanted a natural result. My original nose was not particularly low, but I disliked that my nasal tip was rounded and had a slightly bulbous look; at the same time, I didn't want my image to change dramatically just from altering my nose. So I only wanted my nose to become a little prettier without straying too far from my current overall face—just that much. It has been about 40 days now, and I'm satisfied because it is more natural than I expected. He refined my dorsal hump slightly and raised my nasal tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. To be honest, there is no hugely dramatic change from the front, but my nostrils seem to have narrowed just a little, and overall my nose feels cleaner than before.
