Stem Cell Breast Fat Grafting Review Written on Day 10 (Day of Surgery–Day 10)

On the day of surgery, it hurt so much and I had no energy. I was swollen and had difficulty moving around. My breasts just felt tight too... Before surgery, I only saw reviews saying it did not hurt and that you could return to daily life immediately, but after having it done, I finally started seeing reviews saying it hurts. During consultations, both the doctor and coordinator said I could take one day off and return to work; they said they had surgery themselves and went straight back to work... So I took it lightly and decided on surgery thinking, “Compared with breast surgery, this must be more like a procedure.” lol... Right after surgery, all I could think was, “How am I supposed to go to work like this? This is insane...” I ended up resenting everything. I actually cried a little after getting home. I thought, “For what wealth and glory did I carve up my perfectly fine, though modest, breasts and fill them up this tightly... and mess up my sturdy thighs that I liked...” I even had extreme thoughts like, “My greed ruined me.” lol Because the harvesting sites really do not look good on the day of surgery. I also chose a place that would put in as large a volume as possible, so my breasts were difficult too. Most people say their breasts do not hurt, but until the one-week mark, mine hurt and were hard to support. Of course, it was not as painful as the harvesting sites, but they itched, felt hot, hurt even from brushing against something, and hurt more when they moved. Anyway, it was irritating. The aftercare was much more complicated than I expected... I could barely use my arms; I could not take things down from high places or tie my hair well. I talked with ChatGPT a lot because I wanted to retain as much graft survival as possible after going through all this, and it said it is best not to use my arms to avoid using the pectoralis major, and not to do chest stretches for the time being. It was truly inconvenient T_T I was swollen through days 3, 4, and 5. The swelling went all the way down to my feet. My mom said it looked like postpartum swelling. It seems to start going down after a week. Today is exactly day 10, and I started moving around like a normal person from day 9. Before that, even walking was difficult, so I would skip one traffic light and wait before crossing lol... From day 10, I can at least walk at a normal pace. I cannot run. Every time my breasts bounce, it hurts, and I get anxious that the fat cells I worked so hard to graft will come loose lol. Every night I look up reviews and worry a lot about inflammation... From this point on, negative reviews seem to stand out more. I worry that everything will be absorbed after all this suffering, and that the areas where fat was harvested will not return nicely. I liked my thigh contour, but I had no choice but to remove fat to put it in my breasts... It is only day 10, though, so I am staying hopeful and working hard on recovery. I am eating more than 70 g of protein and doing everything I can: supplements said to be good, walks, avoiding cigarettes (I heard secondhand smoke is bad too; I do not smoke, but I get so angry whenever I encounter people smoking on the street—are they going to take responsibility for my breasts?), and so on. I measured too. Before surgery, I was 70/80; I could not even touch them after surgery, so I had not measured. Today, the acute swelling seemed mostly down, so I measured and got 70/86. If it decreases by about 1 cm and stays there, I could not ask for more. I really hope enduring this pain was worth it T_T My anxiety is exploding lol. I feel like only pessimistic things would come out if I opened my mouth, so I have not even told my closest friend about the surgery yet. If the result is good, I plan to recommend it to friends too. But I will absolutely tell them it hurts a lot and is very difficult. Before surgery, I genuinely could not hear or see that part lol. I only saw good results... Anyway, I plan to post another review after getting my stitches removed at two weeks and after more time passes. Please let the result be good!!!!!!!
