First, they took facial photos and I consulted with the coordinator, but she only wrote down roughly what I wanted and did not provide a particularly professional consultation. At other plastic-surgery clinics, coordinators usually at least briefly point out what is possible or difficult about each area before the surgeon consultation, but there was none of that here.
