Eye Surgery Reviews

I didn't realize correcting deeply sunken eyes could be this simple... (after my second revision eye surgery..)

My sunken eyes were really severe, you know? It wasn't that I had dark circles; my eyes were simply sunken, so they looked shadowed. On top of that, I had multiple double eyelid creases, so I looked very, very tired and somewhat intimidating.

I had surgery twice, but it did not fundamentally solve the problem. The multiple creases and sunken eyes remained as a given, and only the double-eyelid line kept changing this way and that, lol...

At first, I actually thought correcting sunken eyes was completely impossible. It had not been fixed even after two surgeries... lol. I went around for consultations thinking I should at least properly correct the multiple creases, but the only place that asked during the consultation whether I wanted to correct the sunken eyes as well was Dr. [Doctor A] at [Clinic A].

It wasn't even anything major. It was basically correcting the sunken eyes along with eye-shape correction and double-eyelid surgery? The cost difference was not large either, so I went ahead without much deliberation.

I had thought about it and researched it a lot. It took a long time until I was considering revision eye surgery, but once I had the consultation, I met a good doctor and think I decided quickly.

As you can see in the photos, the correction turned out better than expected, right? For such a relatively simple surgery, I think it was done very well. The multiple double-eyelid creases are completely gone, the symmetry between both eyes is good, and there is no sunken-eye appearance at all.

There is still some swelling, so the crease looks high, but it will come down with time. Honestly, I am satisfied even now.

I thought I would be grateful if just the multiple creases improved, but even the sunken eyes improved so easily lol, which is great.
