The swelling has continued to go down since my rhinoplasty, so I think I need to wait a little longer to see the final appearance. However, compared with the beginning, the swelling has clearly gone down a lot, and the nasal line seems to be settling in more naturally. Rather than an overly dramatic or high nose, I wanted a natural look, and so far it seems to have turned out close to what I wanted, so I am satisfied. I like it even more because the shape is natural rather than excessively high or artificial. At my recent appointment, there was no particular inflammation or abnormality, and I am breathing fine without discomfort. The scar at the autologous costal cartilage donor site is healing well, and the nasal incision also seems to be healing well so far. There are still scars at both sites, but the clinic provided silicone scar ointment, which I am applying consistently. I plan to wait and see how much the scars fade. As I am still in the process of swelling going down, I will need to wait longer for the final result. But my recovery has progressed well without any major issues so far, and I am satisfied because the nasal tip and bridge seem to have come out with the natural look I wanted. I am grateful that Dr. Kim listened carefully to what I wanted and counseled me before my rhinoplasty, and that they have also followed my progress carefully afterward, allowing me to recover with peace of mind. I think I did well choosing [Clinic A].
