Arm liposuction review / Did it go wrong? They say it is fibrosis—will it disappear? (Photos included)

After arm liposuction 20 years ago, the upper part of my arm had not been suctioned enough, so fat protruded more there than elsewhere. After researching online and visiting many clinics, I chose carefully and underwent revision arm liposuction. Both the doctor and consultant were confident. My existing arm contour had folds of fat and slight sagging, making it look like there was a line etched into the contour, which stressed me out. They said it would not become completely smooth, but it would improve compared with now, so I made the big decision to have surgery. Overall, my arm circumference has decreased after surgery, but the underarm fat that used to be smooth has become bumpy like a scrub sponge. T_T It has been one month, and they say I need to wait and observe for at least three months. My arm is hard, and whenever I straighten it, it feels tight as if the muscles are splitting wide open. When I asked the clinic about the wrinkling in my underarm, they said fibrosis had developed and would go away with time, telling me not to worry. What do you think? I can only sigh every time I look in the mirror.
