When I wrote a review at around three weeks before, I said I would wait because I was told the swelling would go down more by week four. Looking at photos now, I can definitely see the difference more clearly than I could then. At first, because there was swelling, I wondered whether it really would go down any more. But after about a month, the area under my chin feels a little more naturally refined, haha. What bothered me before liposuction was my side profile rather than my face from the front. The transition from the tip of my chin to my neck looked rounded, and even when I lowered my head a little, the area under my chin looked folded, which was subtly stressful T_T. Now, when I compare with old photos, that area looks less congested than before. Rather than my entire face changing dramatically, the submental line I wanted is a little more visible and my side profile looks more defined. At two weeks, there were days when the swelling looked especially pronounced when I woke up in the morning, but now that fluctuation has decreased a lot. It has only been about a month, so I plan to watch a little longer to see how it settles, haha. Personally, I felt the process of becoming more natural much more clearly from two to three weeks, and from three weeks to one month. I can subtly see the change in photos too, lol. Before, whenever a side-profile photo was taken, I would first check beneath my chin and immediately delete it if I did not like it, lol. These days, I do not worry as much about the angle of my chin as I used to. Even when I lower my head slightly, the area below my chin does not immediately look rounded and folded as before, so I personally like that, haha. When I was looking into facial liposuction, I also searched a great deal about double-chin pricing and costs. But after having it done, I feel that the scope varies depending not simply on price, but on how much facial fat a person has and which areas are refined to what extent. So rather than assuming that the cost of facial liposuction I received would be identical to costs seen in other reviews, I think it is better to view them only as a rough reference. At first, I had bruising and swelling and wore a mask for a while. After about two weeks, the noticeable swelling gradually decreased, and now at one month, there are fewer things that concern me during daily life than before. Of course, this process will likely vary from person to person depending on facial condition, amount of fat, and degree of swelling. To summarize at one month, rather than my whole face having changed dramatically, I like that the area beneath my chin looks less congested than before and that my side-profile line looks a little more refined, haha. At first I strongly wanted to see changes quickly, but after actually waiting about a month, I felt it was right to give it some time rather than judge based solely on the early appearance. When I look at old photos these days, I realize I was really paying a lot of attention to the area beneath my chin. Above all, before doing it I worried a great deal that it would look too artificial, but now it looks naturally refined rather than excessively changed. That is what I like most, haha.
