Nose Re-Surgery

GNG Hospital — Nasal Collapse

I had my first surgery with the head surgeon and then revision surgery again only five months later. Right after the surgery, my nose was bumpy and uneven. I thought it would settle, but after only three full months, my nose has become twisted and the left side has collapsed. The skin has also become thinner on only one side, and I do not understand what is happening. No one is taking responsibility, which is outrageous. How can this happen in just a few months?.. The scar from where rib cartilage was harvested is still dark and has not even faded. One nostril has sunk down; when I felt inside it, the nostril itself was distorted and narrower. But worse than the surgical result is the clinic’s attitude in dealing with this situation. I cannot even have a phone call with the surgeon.

I traveled from the United States twice within five months for the two surgeries, stayed nearly a month each time, and incurred considerable living expenses. I also had no income because I could not work during that time. Yet they are telling me to come again. Not at that hospital under any circumstances, but a third surgery is unavoidable. This happened after only three months, and I am very worried about how much more deformity may occur. Refunding the surgical fee would be the minimum response they could provide, but the attitude of the person who contacted me claiming to be from the legal team is even more upsetting. There has not even been a single apology from the surgeon. I asked Gemini and found that there had been an enormous medical accident. Never go there.
