This place had the best consultation. It was not exaggerated, and they did not give false hope. There were surgeons who told me to have surgery saying I would become prettier, you know. They would show post-op photos and say, “Pretty, right? lol.” But the surgeon here seems to never say it will definitely turn out well… When I asked the consultant, they said the surgeon focuses on making an accurate diagnosis. Whether an outcome is good or bad is so subjective that even if the surgeon thinks it turned out well, if the patient does not, then it is not good; that is why they do not say in advance that it will turn out well. I thought that made sense. They also take smiling photos here, because they check whether the shape of the fat changes when you smile and whether there is any unevenness in the skin. They also ask in detail whether you have had injections such as filler, Juvelook, or Rejuran. They say those can make unevenness visible in the thin under-eye skin T_T_T. They also stressed that under-eye fat repositioning surgery is not a procedure that makes the area plump. They said people seem to think that way after only seeing reviews from hospitals that combine it with fat grafting lol. It is not a procedure that makes it plump; it makes it flatter. That was exactly what I wanted, I thought as I listened haha. Overall, the consultation and the clinic atmosphere felt reassuring.
