I had surgery nearly eight years ago with controversial BellaGel implants plus fat grafting to the cleavage. I have had no problems, but whenever I occasionally feel strange pain, I wonder if it is because of BellaGel. I was abroad and missed information such as class-action lawsuits, but I am considering removal surgery soon. In any case, the material is disappointing, but I recommend the surgeon for surgical skill and recovery speed. The inframammary incision is not noticeable, and the surgery was fast (I think being able to finish surgery quickly is also surgical skill), so recovery was very fast. That did not mean the result was careless; the incisions were truly small to avoid scars, and the closure was meticulous. Others said they felt like dying from pain, but I was well enough to make my way home alone after surgery. I chose this surgeon because they were formerly a sole director at a major hospital known for breast augmentation, and I have lived with great postoperative satisfaction accordingly. The surgeon said at consultation that fat grafting to the cleavage would eventually mostly be absorbed, and after eight years it really has all been absorbed. Anyway, I would highly recommend this surgeon if using a different implant.
