The clinic was not large and did not have a crowded atmosphere. Still, one or two people who had received care were passing by. The consultation manager spoke professionally and seemed to understand well the areas I wanted. They also explained well the points I was concerned about after surgery. Since the doctor has such a diverse range of patient cases, I felt they would perform the surgery well. They gave me the impression of an engineering-school guy—someone who, once interested in something, would pursue just that one thing professionally? That made me trust them more. I am deliberating because of the cost, but overall I am satisfied.
