I was looking into double-eyelid surgery because I was concerned that my eyes looked a bit closed-in. As a man, I thought it might look awkward, but I went to consult Dr. Kim Gi-beom at Wink Plastic Surgery just thinking I would have one consultation. I went in expecting an incisional method, and after looking at my eye condition, the doctor explained how it would turn out with an incision. We also discussed keeping the double-eyelid crease natural rather than making it too high. During the consultation, they also looked at my eyelid thickness and fat, and I asked about and checked various things I was curious about. After hearing the explanation, it did not differ much from the direction I wanted, so it seemed okay. I am still going to deliberate a little more about whether to have surgery here, and I plan to consult at several other places too lol. Personally, based on the consultation alone, there was nothing particularly uncomfortable. I was worried because it was my first consultation for male double-eyelid surgery, but it felt more comfortable to talk than I expected.
