My nasal tip was wide and blunt, and I am very satisfied with the nose surgery I finally decided to get ^^; I wanted only to make the bulbous-nose look slimmer and more refined, and it came out natural; the tip is rounded yet nicely projected haha. I had a small silicone implant and autologous costal cartilage for the tip. At first, I had some differing opinions from Dr. Mighty. I initially considered using no implant, but the doctor carefully considered my facial features and face shape and said that, for frontal facial dimension, harmony, and a natural look, even a low silicone implant would be better. There was no pressure, and the explanation was gradual and easy to understand, so I trusted the plan and had the surgery ^^. As the residual swelling has gone down, my facial proportions have improved further. It was not simply a high nose; my forehead line and facial proportions were considered, so it looks natural and pretty. P.S. Even at follow-up visits, the doctor personally checks everything ^^ Very attentive!
