Even though I had double-eyelid surgery, my eyes kept looking closed-in, so I had eye revision surgery! I had previously received lip filler at [Clinic A], and the shape turned out nicely, so I had a good impression of it. It was also originally well known for eye procedures, so I had my consultation there. After consulting, they said it would be better to improve the closed-in area at the inner corners as well rather than only redo the double eyelids. So I had natural-adhesion double-eyelid revision along with medial canthoplasty and upper canthoplasty! There was not really any overtreatment, and they discussed only the areas that were necessary, so I liked the consultation too. I was worried because it was a revision, but the swelling was better than I expected, and the crease seems much cleaner than before. Especially after getting medial and upper canthoplasty together, the inner corners are opened up, and the closed-in feeling has definitely decreased. Before, even with a double-eyelid crease, my eyes somehow looked ambiguously blocked. Now they look much more open and defined, so I am satisfied haha. They did not become overly dramatic; it feels like only the closed-in parts of my original eyes were naturally improved, which I like even more. Perhaps because the doctor sees many eye cases, they seem to have captured the look I wanted well, and the canthoplasty is not excessive, so I really like it!
