They were very clear about what could and could not be done, so for someone like me with a very reserved personality, it was a very comfortable and precise consultation, lol.
Without an implant, I used autologous costal cartilage for bulbous-nose correction, columella correction, and alar reduction. It hurt a little once the anesthesia wore off on the day of surgery, but after taking painkillers and waiting a few days, it was nothing major, lol. The shape of my nasal base and nasal tip became naturally slimmer, and I like that the nasal line is also defined! It turned out exactly how I wanted, so I am very happy, lol.
