Nose Surgery Reviews

Nose surgery at [Clinic A] after military discharge

As soon as I was discharged from the military, I went on consultation tours to get the nose surgery I had been considering, lol. My concerns were a thick nasal base, asymmetric nostrils, and a bulbous nose—those three, roughly. I also wanted to improve the nasal line.

I discussed this during consultations. I was initially very hesitant, but [Doctor A] really led the conversation in a comfortable way and accommodated all my requests within safe limits. They were very clear about what could and could not be done, so for someone like me with a very reserved personality, it was a very comfortable and precise consultation, lol.

Without an implant, I used autologous costal cartilage for bulbous-nose correction, columella correction, and alar reduction. It hurt a little once the anesthesia wore off on the day of surgery, but after taking painkillers and waiting a few days, it was nothing major, lol. The shape of my nasal base and nasal tip became naturally slimmer, and I like that the nasal line is also defined! It turned out exactly how I wanted, so I am very happy, lol.
