I had a consultation at [Clinic A] this time, and they said the tip skin being pulled upward may be because the silicone capsule remains... They said that since I had it removed in 2016, capsule removal was not really a concept until 2019... Has anyone seen a case where capsule removal improved contracture or skin tension?!!?!!? But they also said it would be an open procedure, so I suddenly feel down... T_T
