Genetically, I had a bulbous nose plus a dorsal hump, and everyone in my family has an unattractive nose. I alone got nose surgery like some mutation-style case. But my parents asked, “Is this why you got nose surgery?” and said that I am the only person in our family with a nose like this… They opposed it so strongly at first, but now they absolutely love it lol. It was a difficult case with both a bulbous nose and a dorsal hump, yet the doctor corrected the shape and created such a beautiful line… I think there is a reason they classified it as an extreme nose, type Miho. For noses, an experienced doctor is definitely the best. Great, great.
