Revision rhinoplasty review for silicone show-through

From the front, my nasal bridge looked subtly crooked, and the silicone kept showing through, which was the most stressful part... I had my first surgery with donor rib cartilage five years ago, but over time the silicone bent and became more visible, and the nasal tip felt somehow overly raised, so I really did not like it. This time, while getting revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage at [Clinic A], they re-established the center of my crooked nasal bridge. The area where it had shown through is no longer visible now that it has been covered with autologous tissue. The step-off on the nasal dorsum that had kept bothering me from the side was also smoothed out with a tissue graft, so the line now flows smoothly. It is still early, so there is some swelling left, but even in this state it is incomparable to before. They said my revision rhinoplasty would be difficult, but thankfully...
