I had always been self-conscious about my prominent cheekbones, so I looked into several clinics and went for a consultation at [Clinic A]. They reviewed my CT scan and consulted with me very thoroughly. Since this was my first surgery and I was considering facial contouring surgery, I had so many questions, but they kindly explained every one of them, so I decided to proceed. Before the procedure, we reconfirmed the areas I wanted and finalized the design. I was more nervous than I expected, but once the surgery began, it felt like it was over in no time when I woke up. Right after surgery, I was surprised by how much swelling there was, but the pain was not as severe as I had feared. For several days, I recovered while eating mostly porridge and soft foods. At first, my face was so swollen that I worried a lot, but as time passed, the swelling went down and I could see my facial contours gradually becoming more defined. I am still recovering, but compared with immediately after surgery, it is clearly looking more natural. I am looking forward to seeing further recovery!
