I had double-eyelid surgery, medial canthoplasty, and eye-shape correction. There was absolutely no pain during the surgery, and the swelling went down quickly afterward! My eyes look much bigger and more open than before, which I like. They have also settled very naturally, so it is barely noticeable, and I am satisfied.
