Philtrum, Mouth-Corner, and Marionette-Line Surgery Review (Paid 10 Million Won at Mano)

I had surgery at the end of December 2024, the year before last. Philtrum reduction: two incisions under the nose, lateral mouth-corner surgery, and removal of marionette lines around the nasal tip. The total was 10 million won. At the time, there was an event for either philtrum reduction or mouth-corner surgery, so I had it done that way. Clinics always say there is an event, so I do not know what the price is now. Since it cost as much as a used car, I deliberated for about six months.. It has been almost two years, and these were taken with the same phone camera and under the same lighting. I also lost a lot of weight, though medication helped.. First, my favorite surgery was the marionette-line surgery. They started appearing along my jawline as I aged, and became more noticeable when I gained weight, so I did not know what to do. The clinic where I had the philtrum procedure said they also performed it, so I had it done at the same time. Next are the mouth corners and lateral reduction. I love that my previously curled upper-lip line became fuller and more defined the more I look at it.. Next, people around me say that the nasal-tip procedure shows, and friends who give objective opinions also say it is better. But personally, considering my face shape and eyes, I feel my nose looks a little too glamorous and may not suit me. Still, I am glad I had everything done at once during the surgery. Still, I honestly do like that I look much younger than before surgery. But if someone said they would do the surgery for free and asked whether I would go back to before surgery and do it again, I would not. Losing weight was hard, the aftercare was hard, and there is no guarantee the result would turn out the same. For consultations, I think I went to every clinic in Seoul that performs philtrum and mouth-corner surgery. I have a persistent side to my personality, so I checked and considered everything. It took me more than six months to decide on a clinic. But once I decide to have surgery, I am the type to do it all at once while I am at it, rather than splitting it up one by one like this time. Since I had both lateral and medial philtrum reduction at the same time, scar tissue became tight above and below around two to three months after surgery, making aftercare and daily life somewhat difficult. Opening my mouth and moving it were uncomfortable and restricted, so I could not even eat comfortably. That is partly why I lost weight, but I did not find it easy at all. If you are considering philtrum or lip surgery, I think it is much better to do it all at once rather than separately in several stages, so you can manage the aftercare and see the result all at once.
