Review of revision nose surgery for a drooping nasal tip/columella

Early on, I could clearly see the shape and line changing as the swelling went down, but at around six months there are no major visible changes anymore. After my first surgery, I kept noticing my nasal tip dropping and becoming blunt, which stressed me out so much, but autologous costal cartilage definitely seems sturdy. Raising the nasal tip also greatly improved my drooping columella, and even though I only had my nose done, my face looks shorter too. Overall, it was a satisfying revision surgery lol. It seems that autologous costal cartilage is used a lot for first surgeries these days, and it makes me wonder whether I would not have needed revision surgery if I had used it from the beginning T_T.
